In reply to Tyler. Pull the circuit board out of a Logitech c270 webcam. Wrap it in electrical tape. Drill a small hole in your shoe and glue the camera in there. Run the wire up your leg under your pants and plug it into your phone, using an external camera app to control it. Done.
