In reply to Original Looking. Sometimes server gets busy if many people are downloading the same file at the same time. You can use the support chat with the link and it will be reuploaded to avoid that.

Sometimes the downloads are very slow on some files. A few days ago there was another video with slow download.

If I try another video, it works normal. But for this I would need around 3 hours.

Any ideas why?
